A focused planning day
Set aside a day for coordinated conversations, decisions and document review, with preparation beforehand and check-ins agreed together. Anything needing more time carries forward.

Choose a focused planning day or spread the work across shorter meetings. We’ll help you work through the decisions, prepare your documents and arrange signing. You’ll have time to ask questions and understand your plan before you sign.
Five stages. One coordinated effort.
Confirm your ID, review the agreement, and make the agreed initial payment. The questionnaire is optional for assisted planning.
Step inside the portal exhibit ↗We get to know you. Tell us who depends on you, what you own, and what should happen if you cannot act or after your death.
With the necessary information ready, we explain your choices, record your decisions, and prepare drafts for your review.
We check the plan together and coordinate the required signatures, witnesses, and notarization. Arrangements are confirmed in advance.
We identify the ownership and beneficiary steps your assets need, coordinate with authorized advisors, and keep requests pending until confirmed.
Timing depends on your needs, the complexity of your plan and when you feel ready. Document preparation, review and signing are separate from funding, ownership changes and other follow-through. Financial institutions, recording offices and others have their own processing times. A focused planning day does not guarantee same-day completion.
This fictional timeline is an example, not a deadline. Decisions and review can continue beyond the day whenever needed.
