MICHIGAN TRUST · REMOTE PLANNING
Estate planning from home. Throughout Michigan.
Work with Michigan attorney Eric Ruth by phone, video and secure client portal. We help you work through wills, trusts and powers of attorney, with clear explanations and practical follow-through.
Choose a pace that works for you.
Bring the planning conversations together in a focused day or spread them across several shorter meetings. We agree on the pace and give you time to consider your choices, talk with family and ask questions.
Review your plan before you sign.
We gather the necessary information, explain the options and prepare drafts for your review. Your secure portal keeps your saved information and next steps together.
Signing takes its own arrangements.
We coordinate the signatures, witnesses and notarization your documents require. Remote conversation does not replace those steps. The signing method is confirmed for your documents and circumstances; we do not promise that every document can be signed online.
Follow through on the assets.
Signing documents is separate from funding a trust or changing ownership and beneficiaries. We identify the steps your plan needs and distinguish requests in progress from changes that have been confirmed.
Understand funding and follow-through ↗
Start with a conversation.
You do not need to know which documents to choose. Tell us how to reach you, and we will discuss your needs, scope and fees before engagement. A request is not a confirmed appointment or an attorney-client relationship.
